Shipping policy

Shipping Methods and Delivery Times:

Standard Shipping: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days. Delivery takes 3-5 business days after dispatch.
Expedited Shipping: For faster delivery, we offer an expedited shipping option at checkout. Orders ship within 1 business day and arrive within 2-3 business days.

Shipping Charges:

Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on orders over $30. For orders under $30, a flat rate of $5.95 applies.
Expedited Shipping: A flat rate of $15.95 applies to all expedited shipments, regardless of order size.

International Shipping:

We ship internationally to select countries. Shipping fees vary based on destination and will be calculated at checkout. Please note, international shipments may be subject to customs fees or import duties which are not covered in our shipping charges.

Order Tracking:

Once your order is shipped, we will send you a tracking number via email. You can use this number to track your package on our courier’s website.

Shipping Restrictions:

We are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes or military APO/FPO addresses.
Certain items sold by Center of the Aya LLC may have shipping restrictions due to their size or the materials contained.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

If your package is lost in transit, please contact us immediately. We will work with the shipping carrier to locate your package or send a replacement.
In the event that your items arrive damaged, please save all packaging materials and damaged goods and contact us within 48 hours of delivery to initiate a claim.
